Moj Telekom HR - Google Play

The Moj Telekom application contains all important information about consumption, services and accounts, the latest offers and exclusive benefits. Download it and easily pay monthly bills, vouchers and options, choose tariffs and devices and find experiences tailored to you - anytime and anywhere.

What can I do in the app?

Check consumption and costs
In real time, monitor the consumption of data and minutes, as well as paid bills and standing orders. In the application, you can always check the account balance, react in time and top up the voucher or change the tariff.

Pay bills quickly and easily
Pay bills quickly, easily and without fees with a credit or debit card and the Google Pay service. The archive of paid and unpaid invoices is located in the Payment category so that you can track your monthly expenses over a longer period of time. If you want to pay the bill by other means, download it in PDF format with information and a barcode.

Use exclusive benefits
Join the Magenta Moments benefit program in the app, collect hearts and exchange them for exclusive experiences, sweepstakes and events that we regularly prepare for you.

Enjoy discounts and gifts
We regularly prepare surprises for all users of the Moj Telekom application, regardless of the benefits program, such as unlimited internet as a gift, provide discounts on surfing options and ensure a more favorable price for the device.

Buy a new device cheaper
Turn on notifications for good news and be among the first to find out about all our discounts and benefits. That way, you won't miss out on buying a new device with a discount, finding out a recommendation for a new tariff or finding out information about the benefits of our partners.

Simply change the tariff
Mobile tariffs are without contractual obligations, have more gigabytes, minutes and messages, and you can change them once a month in just a few clicks - just the way you need them.

Top up a voucher or buy an option
Top up the voucher on your number or for any other voucher number, and pay by card or monthly bill. Simply repeat the top-up via the list of frequent recipients.

Manage your home Wi-Fi network
Change the name of the home Wi-Fi network, determine which devices have access to it, pause the Internet for the whole household or limit its use. You don't have to be at home to manage your home network, you do it through the app.

Chat with customer service
We are always available to you. If there are no live agents available, an always available chatbot will respond to the chat - it knows all the data about your consumption and readily answers the other most common queries.

Speed up business
The application is also available to business users and provides functions for faster business. Pay business bills, monitor consumption, news and notifications or take advantage of the benefits that we regularly bring you.

We look forward to your feedback, which you can send to mojtpodrska@t.ht.hr
